LG announced a new smartphone LG V30 came with AI capabilities before the MWC 2018 launch. But LG did not publish the full specifications and their official name of the smartphone. A day before the opening of MWC 2018 the company has released its smartphone LG V30S ThinQ and V30S+ ThinQ. These smartphones massively focus on the AI (artificial intelligence) capabilities for the phones camera and sound commands. The company did not publish price and launch details yet. The main separation between the V30S ThinQ and the V30S+ ThinQ lie in their storage. On the other hand, I think it is almost the same as the LG V30 smartphone. LG V30 launched last year.
Vision AI:
Both LG smartphone comes with ‘Vision AI’ that claims to improve the camera experience. It delivers some different new camera method onboard like QLens, AI CAM, and more style. AI CAM is said to investigate materials in the frame and suggests the best possible shooting mode over eight sections. There are a flower, sunrise, landscape, city, portrait, food, pet, and more. The result appears as the AI takes into account several factors like the viewing angle, color, saturation level, lighting, and more. QLens applies the AI skills to read QR codes, enhancing the purchasing experience to a specific level. It also includes image research for easy research online.
The Bright mode will develop the low light shooting capability by including the ambient light and glowing images by a factor of two. Voice AI:
Both smartphone LG V30S ThinQ and V30S+ ThinQ have Voice AI. Lets you run apps and more by using voice commands. The company said that This feature has worked with Google. It has 32 nice Voice AI commands only for this devices. You can just say ‘Ok Google’ followed by commands like ‘take a photo’ or ‘open settings’ and many more.
LG has even committed to bringing these AI capabilities to ‘certain’ smartphones in future. The update will gain phones that have able hardware and various parts.
