Design and Display:

The Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with 5.99 inch IPS LCD display. This phone comes with a Gorilla Glass glass. The device fits very well in two-handed usage, not for one-handed usage. The weight is distributed quite well, that’s why you never feel any discomfort. It feels nicer, more solid than the Redmi Note 4. The Redmi Note 5 Pro’s a nicely designed budget smartphone that feels great to use. The resolution is 1080 x 2160 pixel density of 401 PPI. The color accuracy and the display are good. The text and images are sharp.

Camera and Hardware:

The Redmi Note 5 Pro features microSD up to 256 GB. The fingerprint scanner on the Redmi Note 5 Pro is pretty good. It is the fastest fingerprint scanner. The Dual 12 MP (f/2.2, 1.25 μm) + 5 MP rear camera is good. It can take some great landscape Photos. The color reproduction and sharpness is good. In low-light though, this phone takes good quality photos. The 20MP front camera most selfies comes with best color accuracy and details. In terms of video recording, the rear camera can record videos at 1080p resolution.

Performance:

In Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 the company tried to pack in a punch in terms of hardware. The smartphone powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 with 1.8 GHz processor integrated Adreno 509 GPU. I did not see any lagging when switching between apps. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a 4000 mAh non-removable battery. Users can be watching video continuous up to 15 hours. The battery life on the Redmi Note 5 Pro is impressive, but the bad news is there is no quick charging facility.
